Our Eruption F.C. kit design features hem and collar details from the 2015 remastered single of Eruption, which in turn takes its cover artwork from one of Eddie Van Halen's iconic guitars. The embroidered badge is fashioned after the band's winged logo.
The base design of the shirt replicates the album artwork for Diver Down.
Our main sponsor is "Jump", named after the 1983 single. For our sleeve sponsors, we've taken inspiration from Van Halen's album titles and typography: 5150 and MCMLXXXIV.
On the back, we have the name Eddie, obviously, typographically styled after the 1984 album cover. The number 72 represents the year the band was first active - when Van Halen was growing into the Van Halen we know and love. At the bottom, we have a silhouette of Eddie doing his iconic jump.
