Inspired by Jaws: Martin Brody Football Shirt
Our football tribute to Amity Football Club, known colloquially as "The Islanders", a club based on Amity Island, Massachusetts; the setting for the classic film Jaws. The embroidered badge on the front features an anchor and seagull alongside the team name, while the main shirt sponsor is Orca Charter Fishing - the fishing charter run by Quint which sets out to catch the great white shark. The shirt itself has a nautical theme with a stylised rope trim on the sleeves, and split colour scheme: white top half and ocean blue diamond patterned bottom with a thin blood-red line between them. The sleeve prints feature an anchor on one side and the logo of the 50th annual regatta on the other - complete with the drawn-on shark fin and "Help!!! Shark" that is graffitied on the same poster in the film.
The rear of the shirt features the name "Brody" in reference to police chief Martin Brody who is the main protagonist in both the film and the novel. The blood-red number nine includes a stylised shark in the centre, whilst at the bottom of the back of the shirt is the image of a Scuba tank sinking into the deep.
This shirt has been produced by Sigur Sportswear exclusively for RedMolotov.
