A football shirt for the fictitious "Neo Tokyo FC "based on the character of Shōtarō Kaneda from the 1988 cult anime film "Akira". The main elements of the design are taken from Kaneda’s biker jacket, with both the front sponsor "Citizen" and the US military emblem on the sleeve featuring as brand stickers on Kaneda’s bike. The embroidered club badge features Neo-Tokyo, the futuristic setting of the film, and also depicts the ball as the nuclear explosion at the start of the film. The second sleeve features a logo reading "good for health, bad for education" which appeared on the back of Kaneda’s jacket in the manga comic version.
On the rear of the shirt the number nineteen represents the year the film is set, while the Japanese script is the Japanese for "Akira".
