Inspired by Pulp Fiction: Vincent Vega Football Shirt
A football shirt inspired by Quentin Tarantino's 1994 masterpiece "Pulp Fiction". Our design features an all-black kit in tribute to Jules' and Vincent's suits, with red and yellow trim referencing the colour scheme of the movie poster. Within the shirt's body is written the text of Jules' Ezekiel 25:17 speech (a direct transcription of the speech from Brett's apartment, rather than the slightly different version quoted to Pumpkin in the diner). The main sponsor on the front of the shirt is "Big Kahuna Burger" ("that Hawaiian burger joint. I heard they got some tasty burgers", "mm-mm, that is a tasty burger!"), while one sleeve features the bible reference Ezekiel 25:17. The second sleeve includes the sponsor's logo of the Jack Rabbit Slim's diner where Vincent and Mia famously dance in the iconic scene.
The embroidered badge is the logo of the fictitious "Winston Wolves", in reference to the "cleaner", Winston Wolf, who helps Vincent and Jules dispose of the evidence after they shoot Marvin in the car. The rear of the shirt features the name "Vega" (for Vincent) and the number 94 (the year of release) again in yellow and red. Above the name is the "don't be a square" rectangle drawn by Mia. At the bottom of the back is an image of Butch's great-grandfather's gold watch (subsequently passed on to his grandfather, then father, and then to Butch himself), the position of which roughly equates to where his father and his fellow POW hid it during seven years in a Vietnamese prison camp.
