Inspired by the indie rock/dance/electronic/psychedelic band in general, and their seminal 1991 album "Screamadelica" in particular, our football shirt tribute to Gillespie et al is printed in the primary colours of the iconic album cover: red with yellow and blue highlights. The embroidered badge is our own variation of the sun with eyes logo and features the legend "Scream FC" and "1982" (the year of the band's formation). The all-over print also features a pattern inspired by the cover. The front sponsor is "Loaded", the first single from the album, written in the album font, while the sleeves feature four yellow stripes.
On the rear of the shirt is the name "Gillespie" (for Bobby Gillespie, the band's lead singer and sole permanent member) and the number 91 (the year of Screamadelica's release).
