Celebrating the cyberpunk classic The Matrix, our Anderson football shirt features the Matrix digital rain as its base—mimicking the kinetic typography used in the franchise. Our main sponsor is the Heart o' the City Hotel, specifically room 303. The Heart o' the City Hotel is a key location in both the opening and the final fight scene. On the sleeves we offer you a red pill or a blue pill, pulling from the iconic Morpheus quote: "You take the blue pill... the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill... you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."
The Mega City F.C. embroidered badge features our interpretation of a Mega City silhouette, and the year 2199 in which the first Matrix film is set.
On the back, we honour Neo, of course, or Mr. Anderson as he is oft referred to by Agent Smith. For our shirt number, we went for the obvious: 3. Finally, a little nod to Trinity in the form of a white rabbit face.
