Our vision of a football shirt based on the cult film "The Warriors". The colour and detailing on the shirt are drawn from the gang's uniform, with the embroidered club badge taking inspiration from the gang emblem, which also appears on the rear of their shirts (the year, 1978, being the year of their formation). The main front sponsor, "Coney Island Astroland", is a real theme park that featured at the end of the film, with Coney Island being The Warriors' turf.
The sleeve detailing features another version of the winged skull logo, and a graffiti "W" similar to the ones that gang member Rembrandt tags around the city. On the rear of the shirt is the name "Swan" (for the main protagonist of the film) and the number nine (the number of Warriors who attend the big Bronx gang meeting). Finally, that the bottom is the iconic "come out to play" line uttered by Luther.
