Inspired by The Magic Roundabout: Dougal Football Shirt
Our tribute to the beloved cult children's TV show that is The Magic Roundabout. The roundabout itself is the inspiration for the shirt pattern, with the sleeve trim also being taken from the pattern around the top. The embroidered badge is based on the flower in Ermintrude's mouth, whilst the main shirt sponsor is the film Dougal is making in the episode "Dougal Makes a Film". On the sleeves, the 000,1 sign is Brian's road sign from the episode "Road Signs", and McHenry's Garden Equipment is a reference to the episode Flying Saucer (the flying saucer is a planting machine made by Mr McHenry from the episode that has been turned into a logo).
On the back we have the name Dougal, for everyone's favourite Skye Terrier, and the number 65 - the year the show first aired in the UK. At the bottom, we have Zebedee's spring, along with his sign-off at the end of most episodes: "Time for bed".
PLEASE NOTE: WE GET NEW STOCK OF THESE SHIRTS PRINTED ON AN ONGOING BASIS, SO IF YOUR REQUIRED SIZE IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK PLEASE ORDER YOUR CHOSEN SIZE LISTED AS "PRE-ORDER - AWAITING STOCK". WE WILL THEN DISPATCH YOUR SHIRT AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE NEW STOCK (WHICH WILL USUALLY TAKE ANYTHING FROM A COUPLE OF DAYS TO 5 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON PRODUCTION).
