Our football shirt tribute to "Raiders FC", inspired by the Indiana Jones original film trilogy; starring Harrison Ford in one of the best-loved film series of the 1980s. Printed in a deep burgundy red, the all-over pattern on the shirt depicts a world map with the travel routes that Indy took in each of the three films marked on it. The embroidered badge is based on the headpiece of the Staff of Ra from Raiders of the Lost Ark, and also features the motto Fortune & Glory from Temple of Doom. The main shirt sponsor is Club Obi Wan, setting for the opening nightclub scene in Temple of Doom.
The shirt's sleeve sponsor is "Bantu Wind" - the tramp steamer on which Indy and Marion stow away in the first film, while the other sleeve features the Cruciform Sword symbol that appears in The Last Crusade. On the rear of the shirt is the number 35 (for 1935 - the year that Temple of Doom, chronologically the first film in the series, is set), while the name is "Jones Jr." Indiana Jones' formal title as called by his father. Elsewhere, above the name appear images of the Shankara Stones from Temple of Doom, while at the base of the back of the shirt is the quote "It's not the years, it's the mileage" from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
