A football shirt tribute to Wade Wilson; A.K.A. superhero/antihero Deadpool. The pattern, colours and design of the shirt are based on the protagonist's costume, while the embroidered badge also pays homage to both his mask and the Deadpool logo. The team's name, Fort McGuinness Mercenaries, is named for a fictional place name in the film (itself taking its name from one of the comic book artists).
The front shirt sponsor is "Sister Margaret's School for Wayward Girls", the bar frequented by mercenaries such as Wilson/Deadpool, while the sleeve sponsor is "Metro Taxi Service" which he frequently uses. On the rear is the name "Wilson", the number "69" (we think it would be his choice), and a sketch image of Deadpool giving both fingers.
