Inspired by Back To The Future: Marty McFly 55 Football Shirt
A football shirt design for the Hill Valley Panthers; fictional football team of the town featured in the Back To The Future film series. Our 1955 tribute kit features the sponsor logo of Lyon Estates (slogan: "Live in the home of tomorrow... today!"), the housing development that is beginning to be built in the 50s and which he later lives in in the 1980s, across the chest. On the sleeve is the logo of "D. Jones Manure Hauling", whose truck Biff Tannen crashes into whilst pursuing Marty, whilst the bottom rear of the top features a logo based on the Flux Capacitor - the key component in Doc's time-travelling DeLorean. The embroidered badge design features an image of the Hill Valley town hall (complete with panthers), alongside the date 1885 - the year the town was founded as seen in the third part of the film series. The name and number on the back are McFly (in tribute to the film's hero Marty) and 55 (the year he travelled to in the first film). The colours and pattern of the shirt reference the 50's jacket that Marty wears in the first film.
