The shirt front sponsor is "Ammu-nation", the gun store featured in the game, with the sleeve sponsor "Head Radio" being one of the stations you can listen to while driving.
The number three on the rear of the shirt represents the third game in the series, whilst the name "Claude" above is the game's main character. The hidden package is subtly added to the back of the shirt.
