Is your clothing ethically produced?
We use Jerzees brand t-shirts for our products, which are produced by Russell Europe. Russell guarantees that their production processes are ethical both in terms of the labour used to produce them and the environmental impact of production. All clothing produced by them is both Öko-Tex certified and WRAP-accredited.

What sizes are the t-shirts, hooded-tops, etc?
On each item page, just below the image of the t-shirt, there is a panel labelled "about this item" giving chest sizes/dimensions and materials information for all the sizes of the product you are looking at. There is also a link below this giving more details on most items, including heights and widths when laid flat.
How long will my t-shirts take to arrive?
The standard reply to this question is to "allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery" however in virtually all cases orders within the UK should arrive within a week of ordering.
We aim to dispatch all t-shirts within two working days of receiving your order (please note that if you order by post it can take several days for your order to reach us) although unforeseen circumstances, such as items being out of stock at the supplier, can occasionally delay dispatch.
All orders sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail and should therefore arrive within three working days of dispatch (you will receive an email to let you know when your order has been sent).
Orders abroad will be sent by airmail and will take a bit longer to arrive than those to the UK. Orders to Western Europe should take around three working days from dispatch, Eastern Europe will take around four working days and outside Europe about five working days. Please note that there delivery times are a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
What is the cost of postage and packing?
We have tried to set-up a fair system of charging for postage and packing. The total cost of postage and packing will depend on where the order is being sent and what you have ordered. All t-shirts sizes up to Extra Large (including long-sleeve and women's) cost 99p each for postage and packing within the UK. Sending an XXL t-shirt costs considerably more as they require a small packet rather than a large letter and this is reflected in the £1.49 charge on each item for this size.
Hooded-Tops sent within the UK are charged at £1.99 each. Orders sent abroad obviously incur higher charges.
There is a link towards the bottom of the basket page which gives details of the current postal charges for your basket to anywhere in the world.
Please note, that there are a small number of countries (Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Brazil, Russia, Hong Kong, Turkey, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Israel) where we will only send via International Signed-For at an additional surcharge of £4.99. This is due to a large number of orders failing to arrive at these destinations.
Is it possible to get my order extra-quick?
Depending on the time of year, we will occasionally offer the option of next day dispatch and special delivery on your order for the cost of an additional £4.99. You can select this option on the screen where you complete your address.
The rapid delivery option will mean that your order will be dispatched on the next working day (for example, if you ordered on a Monday the order would be sent out on the Tuesday). Within the UK the order will be sent via special delivery, meaning that it will be with you the next day after dispatch. We will send orders outside the UK by international signed-for where available, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times.
In the event of us not being able to send your order within the timescale (such as if an item is out of stock) we will refund you the special delivery fee.

How do I return a t-shirt that is the wrong size?
If you receive a shirt but decide that it is either too large or too small we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. Simply send it back to us at the address below unworn and unwashed. Please make sure that you also complete and return the returns form that is enclosed with you order detailing your name, address and correct size.

What is your returns policy?
We are so confident that you will be happy with the quality of your shirts that we offer a 100% money-back, no quibble returns policy. All that we ask is that the shirt is returned unworn and unwashed, and that you specify why you are unhappy with the goods on the returns form that is included with all orders.

My Credit/Debit Card was declined - why?
For security reasons all our credit and debit card processing is done by WorldPay - a specialist company that handles thousands of such transactions every day. Therefore, we never actually see your details - all we get is confirmation when your order has been successful.
If your card is declined and you are not sure why then you can contact WorldPay on shopper@worldpay.com detailing the message you got and they should be able to explain the problem.
I want a shirt in a size other then those listed - is this possible?
Yes. We find that the sizes that we stock (small, medium, large, extra-large, XXL and 3XL for men, S-XL for women, plus ages 1-12 for kids) are by far the most commonly requested ones, but if you want a larger or smaller size this is usually no problem. We will usually be able to source you a shirt in any size, but we cannot guarantee all sizes being available in all colours. It is therefore important that you email us before placing your order and we will advise you whether your request will be possible.
Please note that as we do not always stock these other sizes you should allow a few additional days for delivery.
I want a shirt in a colour other then those listed - is this possible?
If you do have a special request we'll do everything that we can to fulfil it for you so please email us to arrange it.
Please note that as we do not stock all colours of t-shirt some of these one-off orders will take a bit longer than usual to deliver.
Can I submit my own designs?
If you have an idea for a design which you think that we should produce, or if you have a special "one off" request we will do everything that we can to do it. Please feel free to email us to discuss designs.
How do I keep up-to-date with new designs?
We have set-up a mailing list in order to keep people up-to-date with new designs and products. Simply enter your email address on this page and we will send you mails whenever we bring new stuff out.
We will not disclose your email address to anyone else and you can unsubscribe from the list at any time.
Can I visit your storefront/telephone you?
In order to keep costs down (such as not having to man a telephone line or maintain a storefront) we operate entirely on-line and via mail order. You can contact us via the addresses on this page.
