The shirt pattern is based on the cover art for her 1990 greatest hits collection, The Immaculate Collection, with the embroidered badge and shoulder stripe details also taking inspiration from the album. The club name "Lucky Stars FC" references one of her hit songs, whilst the "est 1983" signifies the year of her debut album. The main front shirt sponsor is "Vogue", her iconic 1990 hit.
The sleeve sponsor, "San Pedro" is the fictional island referenced in "La Isla Bonita", whist the M on the other sleeve stands for "Madonna". On the rear of the shirt is the name "Ciccone" (Madonna's surname) alongside the number 1 (she had 12 US and 13 UK no. 1s).
