Covid-19 Disruption Updates

Update: 17 September 2020

We are able to dispatch under relatively normal timescales, however there continue to be delays with the postal system that are affecting some deliveries. Delays with post are particularly severe for deliveries to Australia and Canada where orders can often take several weeks to arrive. Deliveries within the UK are also affected, with some orders arriving promptly, and others delayed by several days.

Update: 6 May 2020

Our suppliers have now re-opened, but are operating at a limited capacity. It is therefore taking up to seven days for new stock to be dispatched to us. We do hold stock at our production facility, but if we run out of a particular size and colour combination then please be aware of the timescales that it may take to re-stock.

Also, please be aware that due to disruption, high demand, and the changed working environment, Royal Mail are seeing significant delays in some delivery times, and are no longer able to guarantee any delivery timescales. Therefore, your order may take several days to reach you following dispatch notification.

Again, we thank all our friends and supporters for continuing to buy from us during this very difficult time, and wish everyone health, happiness and safety.

As we all attempt to adjust to the rapidly changing circumstances that the Coronavirus outbreak is causing, we'd like to keep you up to date about the precautions that we are taking around the production and supply of your orders in light of the ongoing situation with COVID-19.

All our administrative staff and designers have been working from home since mid-March. The phone lines in our unit will not be answered at this time, but if you leave us a voicemail message we can access these remotely and will return your call as soon as possible.

Our garment and mug printing is being handled by a husband and wife team who work alone in our unit with no further social contact. Garments are bagged and left outside for collection with no physical contact required between our staff and postal collection staff. As we are working at reduced capacity, orders may take slightly longer than usual to be dispatched.

Printing and dispatch of our art prints is outsourced to a third party. We are in constant contact with them and will update should they cease production.

Several of our suppliers have closed, and others remain open but may be experiencing delays in fulfillment. As stock runs out it may be necessary to substitute our usual brands for alternatives, although at the time of writing we have not yet had to do this. We will continue to print and send out orders as long as stock, health and government advice allows us to do so, but there may come a time soon when we will have to cease production. If and when we close our production we will continue to work on new designs and new products, ready for a return to your computer screens, tablets, and mobiles sometime later in the year.

We wish all our supporters and friends health, happiness, and safety at this very uncertain time.
