Ugandan Discussions T-Shirt: "Talk Uganda with me" - a phrase originally coined by Private Eye to refer to an incident at a 1973 party at which journalist Mary Kenny is alleged to have had a sexual liaison with a former cabinet minister in the government of Milton Obote. She later claimed that they were "upstairs discussing Uganda", after which the phrase has become a euphemism for an illicit sexual encounter - especially one carried out during the course of official duty.
