This clip is the trailer for a short film that the person who posted it on YouTube is apparently making about the events leading up to and including September 11 1973, in which the democratically elected Salvador Allende was overthrown by a military coup led by General Augusto Pinochet and apparently supported by both the US and the UK governments.
